I'm using this website as a journal to keep me motivated to loose weight. My weight has varied from a high of 145 (when I was in high school) to a low of 115 (after my divorce, when I couldn't keep food down). In the last year I have had 2 surgeries which have contributed to significant weight gain (from 120 lbs when I met my current boyfriend to now 141 :( lbs).
I promised myself that when my weight hit upwards of 140 I would do something about it, and with the school semester dying down, now is the time!
My weight loss goals:
- My optimum weight is between 115-125. I felt very comfortable at 120 which I was at for a while, however I would really like to be around 112 with some nice muscle tone to give me a (short) model look, which is my current goal.
- Doing the math: 141lb - 112lb = 29lbs.
- So my goal is to loose 29lbs by this time, December next year.
- 125 by summer
- 118 by start of fall semester
- 112 by December 08
- Eat between 1200-1450 calories/day
- Start incorporating exercise into my schedule
